Online Sites Become New Source For Coupons
Many Online Sites Offer Coupons For A Variety Of Merchandise From Food To Electronics
MIAMI (CBS4) ―
If you have access to a computer, you can download online coupons, so
CBS4's Gwen Belton tried out one service to see how many ways you can save.
Kurt Titus is one such consumer who adds up the money he saves on groceries using in-store discounts and coupons. He's among a growing number of people using coupons to cut costs, and they don't just come with your Sunday newspaper or in the mail anymore.
"Basically they can go on-line 24-hours a day and save money," said Brain Squires of
Moneysavercouponsonline.com.
Traffic at online coupons sites is way up, and on sites such asĀ
Moneysavercouponsonline.com, hundreds of South Florida businesses advertise there and offer discounts on a wide range of products and services.
Using coupons the average family can save between five and ten dollars a week, and over time that can add up to big savings.
"Every little bit helps," said Kathy Levarity. She likes getting her coupons the old-fashioned way clipping them, and says no matter what the source, a buck saved is a buck saved.
