Broward Foreclosure Numbers Drop By Half
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) ―
We're finally seeing some encouraging signs in the housing industry in parts of South Florida.
According to the Broward County Clerk of Courts, the number of foreclosures in Broward County dropped significantly between October and November.
In October, there were more than 8 thousand foreclosures on residential and commercial properties. In November, that number dropped by more than half to around 35 hundred.
The November numbers are still an all-time high for Broward County, but it's a sign that things might start getting better.
