Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin begins a two-day swing through Florida on Monday and will crisscross this key election state with a series of rallies and fundraisers.
The campaign says the Alaska governor will speak Monday at 9:00 a.m. at Coachman Park in Clearwater, and at 11:00 a.m. at the Germain Arena in Fort Myers.
She also will lead a rally at The Jacksonville Landing on Tuesday morning, then travel to speak later in the day at the Pensacola Civic Center.
Palin and running mate John McCain have been falling behind Democratic candidate Barack Obama in polls with about a month left until Election Day. Florida is a critical battleground state with 27 electoral votes up for grabs.
Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden is planning to hold rallies in Lakeland and Tampa on Tuesday.
