Early Elections Begin In Miami & Miami Beach
Early Voting In Homestead Begins Thursday
MIAMI (CBS4) ―
Registered voters in Miami, Miami Beach and Hialeah can head to the polls beginning Monday to cast their votes in their city's municipal elections.
The early voting period will last through November first.
In Miami, voters will cast their ballots for Mayor and City Commission Seats 3, 4, and 5.
The Office of the City Clerk said early voting polling stations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Early voting will be held at the following locations:
Allapattah Branch Library, 1799 NW 35th Street
City of Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive
Lemon City Branch Library, 430 NE 61st Street
Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street
West Flagler Branch Library, 5050 West Flagler Street
In Miami Beach, registered voters can cast their ballots at:
City Hall
North Shore Branch Library
Monday Wednesday 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday Friday 9 a.m. 4 p.m.
Saturday Sunday 11 a.m. 3 p.m.
In Hialeah, voters can cast their ballots at the John F. Kennedy Library from 11 a.m. 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Thursday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekend.
Voters in Homestead can vote early beginning Thursday at City Hall. Early polling stations will be open Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
The municipal elections are scheduled for November 3rd.
