Kohl's Hiring 900 South Florida Workers

Six Department Stores Will Open In South Florida In October

HOLLYWOOD (CBS4.com) ― Kohl's Department Stores is coming to South Florida, and wants to hire you!

Approximately 900 people are needed to fill jobs created by six new Kohl's stores in South Florida. The stores will open in October and will be located in Coconut Creek, Hialeah, Hollywood, Homestead, Kendall and Miramar.

Interested applicants can attend one of several job fairs on August 10th through August 14th. Applicants can find more information on the Kohl's Careers website or by calling 1-877-NEW-KOHLS. The phone number is a 24-hour job hotline. Stores are searching for full- and part-time candidates to man cash registers, unload trucks, housekeep and pricing and signing teams.

Wisconsin-based Kohl's has been recognized by BusinessWeek magazine as one of the "Best Places to Launch a Career" for two consecutive years. New hires receive competitive wages, medical insurance, discounts on purchases and options for a 401(k) and employee stock ownership.
