It's not what homeowners want to hear in the middle of hurricane season, but an insurance giant has asked the state for a sizable rate increase. State Farm Insurance wants to raise homeowner's insurance for Florida residents by an average of 47.1%.

Pilots: US Airways Pressure To Cut Fuel Unsafe

The pilots union for US Airways said Wednesday the airline is pressuring pilots to use less fuel than they feel is safe in order to save money. Several senior pilots have filed complaints with the FAA about what they are calling "a program of intimidation."
