Miami Dolphins' defensive tackle Tony McDaniel is out on bail after he was arrested over the weekend on a misdemeanor battery charge. Davie police arrested McDaniel, 25, Saturday morning after he and his girlfriend allegedly got into a fight outside his home in the 3100 block of Palm Tree Landings. McDaniel was released on $35 hundred bond Sunday morning.
