Donna Hogan, the sister of Anna Nicole Smith, promises an inside look at the life of her late sister in her new book, "Train Wreck: The Life and Death of Anna Nicole Smith," which hits bookstores Tuesday.
Hogan will sit down with The Early Show's Hannah Storm on Tuesday and Wednesday in what will be her first interview since her sister died Feb. 8 at the age of 39 of an accidental overdose.
Hogan will discuss her unauthorized biography and the paternity battle over the former playmate's infant daughter, Dannielynn, in the two-part interview.
The father of the baby girl could be revealed during a court hearing in the Bahamas on Tuesday. Smith's lawyer-companion Howard K. Stern and ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead both claim to be the baby's father.
A lawyer for Birkhead said last week that his client's custody challenge appears to be going in his favor.
In her new book, which was written with cooperation from writer Henrietta Tiefenthaler, Hogan describes Smith or Vicki Lynn Hogan as she was known to her family members as an in-your-face symbol of the age.
The book tracks their dysfunctional, dirt-poor family and Smith's determination to claw her way to the top of the celebrity heap.
