See A Live Show Without Blowing Your Paycheck

MIAMI (CBS4) ― Whether its rock and roll or ballet, there's nothing like a live show. But lately, with the Dow dropping and the economy tanking, who can afford an expensive night out on the town?

If you really want to spend a night jamming with the rocks stars without spending rock star cash, there is a way!

"Were trying to put entertainment options out there for everyone," said Carrie Paglinco, marketing director of Live Nation, "because we know times are tough and people still want to see great shows, and we want to make that available."

Live Nation is the world's largest concert promoter.

From West Palm to the Fillmore Miami Beach and many other venues in-between, fans can buy four-packs; that's four seats for one price.

This Saturday night, tickets for the Britney Spears concert are going for up to $700 a seat at the AAA. For only $135, you can buy four seats for the "Pogue's Irish Weekend" at the Pompano Beach Amphitheatre, and Nickelback tickets are on sale at The Cruzan in West Palm: a four-pack for $89.

At the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's at Hard Rock Live, Ryan Rogers explained an upcoming plan to give concert-goers discounts at the restaurants, bars and retail stores on the grounds.

"We're going to implement a promotion soon where if you bring a ticket stub from a show in town to any of our tenants at Seminole Paradise, we'll give you a ten percent discount on clothing, food or drinks," Rogers explained.

Regular players in the casino will be offered free tickets to concerts and shows. Remember, Hard Rock Live seats only 5,500 fans, so even the cheap seats have a decent view.

Over at the Adrienne Center, they offer free gospel Sundays and free monthly family fest events. They also offer group discounts to groups of 15 people or more, so get your friends together, plan ahead and enjoy a great night out on the town without spending major money!
