Cooking 4 You: Lobster With Lemon Caper Sauce
MIAMI (CBS4) ―
Lobster with Lemon Caper Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Fresh Florida Lobster
Norman Brothers Lemon Caper Sauce
Kosher salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Olive Oil
1 lb Fettuccini
The instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the Lemon Caper sauce in a pan on low heat.
3. Remove the tail meat form the shell and cut into bite size pieces.
4. Season the lobster with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Sautee over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until just cooked
through.
6. Place the pasta in a bowl, top with lobster, sauce and serve.
