Stoupsy's Tatziki Sauce:


For every pound of plain yogurt put 1 teaspoon dill, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and one shredded cucumber.

Stoupsy's Souvlaki Sandwich:
Ingredients:

Chicken, beef lamb, or pork, skewered and grilled

Instructions:
Rolled meat into a toasted pita
Add Stoupsy's Yogurt Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Grated Feta Cheese

Marination of Meats:
Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Paprika, Whole Black Pepper, and Bay Leaves
