Making Your Harmonic Wealth Grow

Spiritual Guide and Money Guru James Arthur Ray Reveals The Path To Harmonic Weath

The Secret - To Financially Fixing Your Life

MIAMI (CBS4) ― The hangover from 2008 has gripped the pocketbooks and psyche of many Americans.

We are bombarded by bad news--money, madness and mayhem. Wondering how you might we reverse your fortune?

Meet James Arthur Ray. He's built an empire traveling the world  from Egypt to the Andes, in search of sage advice and sharing the secret of what he has coined  Harmonic Wealth. "You can have anything you want" Ray tells CBS4 Chief I-Team Investigator Michele Gillen, as they met together in Miami and overlooked Biscayne Bay.

He is a man with a unique vision and it is honed on helping you find harmony in what you desire, but it will take more than dreaming and wishing it. He says you have got to live it and act on what you want.

"As long as you are putting your attention on what is not here, when you are saying 'I don't make any money,' the universe says your wish is my command." Ray explains to Gillen, "You are going to attract and create more -I don't make money!"

He is convinced that everyone has the power to change their world. First you must adjust how you think. Question - are you obsessed with what you do not have?

Gillen asked Ray about all the people who come to him and say: 'I don't want to be broke; I don't want to be alone; I don't want to loose my job."

Ray explained what's wrong with those intentions.

"If you are constantly thinking about what you don't want, the universe always hears the affirmative. The mind can't process a negative. You are going to attract 'broke', 'fat', 'unhealthy', ' loss of job'," Ray reveals. "You are always going to bring into your life the predominate thoughts feelings and actions."

An Oprah Winfrey confidant, globaly in demand teacher and author with a unique vision on how we find and loose our wealth, Ray lives on the road to help others find their path.

"Make decisions based upon where you are going versus where you are," Ray tells Gillen. "Most people want to make decisions based upon where they are and therefore they continue to get what they have always got."

He's smart and eloquent but don't be fooled. This contributor to the best selling book and documentary "The Secret" is human and wants you to know it.

"Whatever you do to edit this piece don't cut this out: James Ray has challenges, challenges are a part of life."

Gillen asked about the followers of "The Secret" who watch it and say they visualize that they have millions.

"I have three words for those people" Ray intones with a laugh "Get over it!"

"It's not going to happen. Does the law of attraction work? Absolutely, but guess what, you have to go 3 for 3: thoughts feelings and actions."

And one's goal need to be harmonic. In other words if you are just drive to make money, you might find yourself spiritually bankrupt.

"I have worked with hundreds of thousands of people" Ray recalls. "You might have financial wealth, great relationships, mental prowess, you could be healthy and fit, but if you don't have that spiritual component in your life, you are going to feel empty and unfulfilled."

A key to the winning play: integrating all aspects of all your life and pushing forward.

"Regardless of where you are, you are more than that. Whatever you have accomplished you have not even scratched the surface. My message is to remember that, deal with that."

He's comfortable talking about money, and why not.He has
built a financial empire twice--the first time losing it all and learning.

"I went through all the spectrums. I went through mass materialism, the stock market crash of 2000, I went from millionaire to 'zero-arie', in just a moment," Ray remembers."It was good because I was so caught up in this materialistic bent that I was out of harmony."

Harmonic wealth is not just about money. In fact, he says if fixing your bottom line is your priority. You cant ignore other priorities in your life.If you want to live rich. You need think and act rich--not make believe."

"You have got to live from the outcome. If you want to be a millionaire, when the moment comes upon, you have got to think feel and act in the way you chose to create.  If you can't do that, you will never get there."

Ray says you literally need to break down what you are worth. If you want to be making $100 thousand, be sure how you spend each hour is worth 50 dollars of your time.

"If you are doing things that are not worthy of you, you are not ever going to create things of worth and value. You have to ask yourself is it something that is adding value to me, or something that is taking value away?"

Gillen asks about the impact of being in a bad relationship--perhaps wasting hours a day thinking about how you are not happy.

"You are burning money," says Ray. "You might as well go and take $100 ar bills and throw them away on the highway. Most people do not use their time wisely."

"When you begin to hold the value of your time, you get creative and generate income. I have seen people triple their income. I call it 'living from in the outcome'."

His search for answers painfully began when was a young man- the son of a fundamentalist preacher.

"I was kind of a weird kid, I starting asking questions at a very early age that I wasn't getting answers for. I started off on my own search when I was 18 and started studying Buddhism."

The search paid off.

"My father was a man's man. He had been a golden gloves boxer and I was a nerd, I failed at athletics. It was difficult at the time and it drove me to my inner world. There was never a time in my life that I didn't want to understand the law of the universe and how everything worked. And the biggest reason was that I wanted to heal my own pain because it wasn't working for me."  His next step was meditation, and then he crossed continents to study the world's religions, mysticism  and quantum physics. His classroom- not typical - mountain tops and rain forests. He was a natural at business, scoring a top executive job with AT&T but at the same time his search, "took me to Peru and I studied, on and off,  for 3 years at 16,500 feet with the Chire Indians."

Ray implores each of us to "Care about the path you walk, because each step you take affects the rest of us. When you make a difference in your life, you make a difference in mine."

Perhaps most telling is how he starts each day. With the words: "Thank you. It's not just a routine. I wait until I get that profound feeling of gratitude."

It is an action and experience that has paid off for him and ultimately thousands of others." I have built a multi-million dollar business with these principals, and when you are grateful you are sending out a message that says thank you for this. Send me more."

Thank you James Ray!
