Fla. Keys Students Receive H1N1 Vaccine

Students at Gerald Adams Elementary School in the Florida Keys were the first ones to get the H1N1 shots.
Monroe County Health Dept.
Students in the Florida Keys got the H1N1 vaccine for the first time on Friday.
More than 300 students, teachers and staff at Gerald Adam Elementary School in Stock Island were inoculated. This is the first school in Monroe County to receive the vaccines.
Students had the option of taking the nasal mist or the shot.
Sigsbee Elementary School in the Keys will get the H1N1 vaccine on Monday.

● November 9, Sigsbee Elementary, 1:00-3:30 p.m., students, teachers, staff
● November 9, Sigsbee Daycare, 3:30-7:30 p.m., toddlers, infants, parents, staff
● November 10, Key West High School, 8:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m., students, teachers, staff
● November 12, Key Largo School, 9 a.m.-7 p.m., students, teachers, staff
● November 13, Plantation Key School and Treasure Village Montessori, 9 a.m.-6 p.m., students, teachers, staff
● November 14, Marathon Fire Station, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., children not in public school and caretakers of infants 6 months and younger
● November 14, Gato Building, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., children not in public school and caretakers of infants 6 months and younger
