The Miami Heat is still alive in its first round playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks despite Monday's loss in game 4 of the series. The series will return to Atlanta for game 5, before returning to the AmericanAirlines Arena for game 6. The Heat announced that individual tickets for game 6 of the series will go on sale Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.
The Heat indicated the number of available tickets is limited and should sell quickly. The team also said tickets can only be purchased at
heat.com,
ticketmaster.com, any Ticketmaster outlets, or by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX. Tickets will not be available at the Verizon Wireless Ticket Office at the AmericanAirlines Arena until Wednesday.
Heat superstar Dwayne Wade continues to be the focal point for the Heat offense and paced the team with 22 points in the game 4 loss. He was noticeably wincing at times during the game, apparently suffering from back spasms. Resurgent center Jermaine O'Neal continued his impressive postseason play, dropping 20 points on the Hawks. But, the Heat only shot 38 percent overall from the field and never held the lead during the game.
For the Hawks, Monday's game 4 victory in Miami was the first road playoff victory for the Hawks in 12 years. The Hawks had been pounded outside the friendly confines of its home court by a combined 132 points in the team's last 5 road playoff games.
