BSO Collects Donations For Haiti Hurricane Victims

BROWARD COUNTY (CBS4) ― A country already devastated by poverty and previous storms was left in shambles by Hurricane Ike, so the Broward Sheriff's Office has stepped up to help and is doing a donation drive for the hurricane victims in Haiti.

The collection locations are:
Public Safety Building

Fort Lauderdale

Lauderhill

Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue Sta. 81
17350 Royal Palm Blvd.
Weston

BSO South Broward District Office
3201 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd.
Pembroke Park

Since the beginning of September, Food For The Poor has sent more than 60 shipping containers of food, water, clothing and emergency relief supplies to the affected areas. For more information click here.
