Last month's shooting on the MacArthur Causeway – in which an alleged carjacker was shot to death – involved more than just a pair of on-duty Miami Beach police officers, it also included a retired cop and a civilian employee of the Miami Beach Police Department, the CBS4 I-Team has learned.
