Two Sought In The Burglary Of A Tented Home

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) ― A homeowner who hired an extermination company had two men walk inside his home and burglarize it last month, despite the supposed presence of poisonous gases inside his home.

The two burglars are now sought by Miami-Dade Police, after the May 28th burglary was recorded by Jorge Estevez, on his home surveillance cameras.

"I feel violated; I feel like paranoid," said Estevez. "My wife is terrified."

Furthermore, the men were recorded calmly walking around without any protection, despite the fact that extremely poisonous gas was supposed to have filled the home at the time of the theft.

Estevez told CBS4 Shomari Stone, "I want these men to be caught. They've taken away all my computers," adding that the loss has caused hardship in his job which involves writing software programs.

Estevez was monitoring the inside of his residence via his computer when he watched two unmasked men burglarizing his house. The police went to the scene, and saw the tent had been cut and a rear window was smashed.
