Law enforcement said its investigation of Chris Whiteside began in February of 2008, when he reportedly began to transmit child pornography via the Internet.Detectives said that charges against him range from transmission of pornography by electronic device; computer pornography; traveling to meet a minor; and sexual performance by a child.
