Florida's Safe Haven Law

(CBS4 News) In 2000, the Florida Legislature enacted a statute letting parents of newborns leave the child -- unharmed and up to three days old -- at any fire rescue station, emergency medical services station or hospital, anonymously and without fear of prosecution.
