Southwest Air Offer $25 Flights, But Act Fast

(CBS) With the holiday season just around the corner, one airline is offering it's customers an early gift - but you'll have to act fast to take advantage of it.

From now through midnight Thursday, October 29, Southwest Airlines is offering one way flights to select cities at outrageously low prices.

Here is how it works: One-way flights to select destinations up to 375 miles cost $25. The price is $50 for travel between 375 and 549 miles, and $75 for flights between 550 and 999 miles. One-way trips of 1000+ miles cost $100.

* To Birmingham for as low as $75 one-way
* To Chicago for as low as $100 one-way
* To Columbus for as low as $75 one-way
* To Corpus Christi for as low as $100 one-way
* To Detroit for as low as $100 one-way
* To Houston for as low as $75 one-way
* To Indianapolis for as low as $100 one-way
* To Jacksonville for as low as $25 one-way
* To Kansas City for as low as $100 one-way
* To Long Island for as low as $75 one-way
* To Louisville for as low as $75 one-way
* To Milwaukee for as low as $100 one-way
* To Nashville for as low as $75 one-way
* To New Orleans for as low as $75 one-way
* To Norfolk for as low as $75 one-way Book

But for all good things – there is a catch. Flights must occurr between December 12 - 16th and January 5th - February 10th.

Southwest hopes to lure in more air travelers this year by making it less expensive to fly to a destination than drive to it.
