The trial of an Orlando area mother charged with murder in the case of her missing daughter has been moved to March.
An Orange County judge granted a continuance in the case of Casey Anthony whose trial was scheduled to start on January 15th.
Anthony's attorney, who requested the delay, also plans to petition the judge for a change of venue.
Anthony's 3-year old daughter Caylee has not been seen since June. Police say Anthony waited for a month to report her missing. When questioned she told detectives she had left the girl with a babysitter who police have be unable to locate.
Even though Caylee has not been found, Anthony has been charged with first degree murder in the case. State prosecutors have said they don't plan to pursue the death penalty if she's convicted.
