Mom In Missing Girl Case Rejects State Deal

Casey Anthony Was Re-Arrested On Friday On Theft Charges

Caylee Anthony Has Not Been Seen Since June 15th

ORLANDO (CBS4) ― Time has run out on a deal that would have given Orlando mother Casey Anthony limited immunity in exchange for her knowledge of what happened to her daughter Caylee.

On Tueday Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, maintained his client doesn't know what happened to Caylee.

Caylee was reported missing in mid-July, about a month after her mother said she dropped her off at a baby sitter's house. Last week, police said lab test results show a decomposing body was likely in the trunk of Anthony's car.

On Friday, Casey Anthony was re-arrested in Orlando on new theft charges unrelated to Caylee. Police say she stole and cashed hundreds of dollars in checks from a friend in July.
