Columbus Day: What's Open, What's Closed

MIAMI (CBS4) ― Federal offices, federal courts and U.S. post offices will be closed on Monday to observe the Columbus Day holiday.

The stock market will be open as will state and county offices. County and state courts will hold sessions and it will be business as usual at most municipal offices.

It will also be business as usual at public schools in Miami Dade and Broward counties and public libraries.

Malls and supermarkets will be open.

Tri-Rail and county transit systems in both counties will operate on normal schedules.
