Disabled Man Dumped On Floor By Deputy

Tampa (CBS4) ― A sheriff's deputy in Hillsborough County, Florida, has been suspended after she was caught on tape dumping a handicapped man on the floor. The incident happened last month at a jail in Tampa, Florida.

The victim says the deputy dumped him out of his chair because she didn't believe he was a quadriplegic.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's department has relieved the deputy of her duties without pay. The department also placed two corporals and a sergeant on administrative leave with pay. The Sheriff's office is investigating the story and said they will, "try to make things right" for the victim.
