Dolphin Collision At SeaWorld Leaves One Dead
ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS4) ―
SeaWorld visitors saw a little more than they bargained for during a dolphin show. Two of the the dolphins collided in mid-air leaving one of them dead.
SeaWorld officials say they will review training procedures and protocols and review the dolphins' aerial behaviors and routes after the dolphins' collision.
The dolphins who died was a 30-year-old female named Sharky. It's the first fatal dolphin collision at SeaWorld Orlando.
