Get The Fitness Celebrities Boast About

MIAMI (CBS4) ― We all have those things we admire about celebrities, not just their good looks but their toned bodies.

Now there's a South Florida gym that can help you look like Jessica Alba or Matt Damon.

It's located right off 29th Street and Biscayne Boulevard. Inside the understated building, big names are getting better bodies.

It's called "ME", a personal training facility which specializes in one on one workouts.

Rob Severiano is the man behind the muscles and toned bodies of such stars as Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, and Matt Damon just to name a  few.

Severiano spoke to CBS4's Lisa Petrillo and told her he's been training Matt Damon for a while.

He's training for a new upcoming film called "Imperial Life in the Emerald City", in which he plays a soldier, so he needs a bulkier looks and arms of a soldier.

To help Damon get those awesome arms, Severiano uses a triceps routine called 'skull crushers'. Also for the triceps, it's curls utilizing multiple repetitions.

What about the gorgeous leggy ladies?

Severiano made supermodel Heidi Klum's legs look luscious through lunges.  He says basic lunges are probably the best exercise for the butt. When you add weights to a walking lunge, it makes it all the more difficult but all the more rewarding for your backside.

Then there's Jessica Alba. Severiano says "She's the epitome of a woman's body, not super skinny but one of the perfect female bodies."

To work on an overall combination body toner for Alba, Rob uses the medicine ball.

So whether it's Matt's arms, Heidi's legs or Jessica's buff body that you're after, remember it doesn't come in a bottle, it's about hard work and making the effort to make it happen.

"You gotta make a commitment and stick to it," said Severiano.

ME Fitness is open 7 days a week.
