Bus Tours Showcase Foreclosed Homes In S. Florida
The Tour Is Free Of Charge
MIAMI (CBS4) ―
With thousands of homes going into foreclosure, a South Florida company says now is the time to buy. They are offering a tour to visit
foreclosed and bank-owned homes free of charge.
The tour bus visits homes in different neighborhoods in Dade and Broward counties on the first and third Saturday of every month beginning on April 19, 2008.
Miami Homes Tour focuses on the large amount of foreclosed homes in the Miami area.
"Our bus tour allows buyers the advantage of viewing a variety of foreclosed homes within a few hours and in the end the ability to purchase a home-tens of thousands of dollars less than in 2005," says owner and Realtor, Julio Sanchez. "It is definitely the ideal time to buy-banks have been sitting on most of these properties for quite some time, and they're willing to negotiate."
Miami Homes Tour provides a 15 minute home-buyers presentation given by a real estate agent, title company, home inspector and lender. A light breakfast prior to the tour and a guide package is provided with a summary of the homes that will be viewed.
"Opening doors for first-time home buyers or for those who couldn't afford one previously is something we have the ability to do now," says partner and Realtor Ari Singares.
