CBS4 Your Money: Gas Prices Dip At The Pump

MIAMI (CBS4) ― It may sound hard to believe but there is finally some good news at the pump.

CBS4 Your Money has found that recent drops in wholesale oil prices may finally be making their way down to South Florida.

Last week, the cost of a barrel of crude oil dropped to under $130 a barrel last week. This week, Triple-A reports the price of unleaded regular has dropped at 3-cents at pumps nationwide; down from $4.10 a gallon to $4.07 a gallon.

In Florida, unleaded regular is averaging $4.05, down a penny from last week. In Ft. Lauderdale, gas price are down about 2-cents in the last 24 hours going with regular now averaging $4.11 a gallon. Miami Dade prices are holding steady at $4.12 a gallon.
