"Person Of Interest" Named In Deadly Love Triangle

Neighbors Tell Police They Believe Victim Was Murdered After Affair

Victim's Loved Ones Say They Want "Justice"

HIALEAH (CBS4) ― A week after Hialeah police found a decomposing body under a house they have named a 'person of interest' in their investigation.

On July 1st, officers were sent to a home in the six hundred block of East 19th Street after someone called to report a foul odor coming from what appeared to be inside and under the house. Once inside, police dug through the floor and found the body of Jose Allegre Rodriguez, 33, in a crawl space under the structure.

During the course of the investigation, detectives have been unable to locate Nestor "Oscar" Garcia, who rented the house to Rodriguez. Police say Garcia is missing and at this time considered a 'person of interest' in their case.

Neighbors of Rodriguez are not surprised. The day that Rodriguez body was discovered they told CBS4 they believed he was murdered because he was having an affair with Daniella Fara, the common-law wife of Garcia. The couple lived in home just across the street from the house that they rented to Rodriguez.

Fara said she knew Rodriguez "only as a neighbor."

We asked her if she was in love with Rodriguez she replied, "No, absolutely not, I had no interest in him."

Anyone with information on Garcia's whereabouts is asked to call the Hialeah Police Department at (305) 687-2525 or Miami-Dade Crimestoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
