Florida Opens Shelters For Gustav Evacuees
TALLAHASSEE (CBS4) ―
Counties in West Florida are opening shelters in preparation for Hurricane Gustav. The storm is expected to make landfall tomorrow in the Central Gulf. Citizens evacuating from Louisiana and Alabama are encouraged to go to county shelters opening Sunday.

Additional shelters will be added as needed. Florida Emergency Management Director Craig Fugate said, "We welcome evacuees from our western neighbors and will do what we can to provide them assistance during their stay here."
