A Young Man Pleaded Not To Shoot Him Anymore

Police Are Looking For A 1999 Black Mitsubishi Diamante, License Nbr. W481EJ

MIAMI (CBS4) ― A City of Miami Police report described 642 NE 85 St. as a "bloody scene" when units arrived on Friday evening, where a young man was shot dead. 

Witnesses explained to police the victim and the suspect whom police identified as Charles Lundy Williams Jr., 31, were arguing; possibly over drugs. The argument escalated and shots were fired. 

The victim dropped to the ground and pleaded with the suspect to stop shooting. The suspect stood over the victim and continued.
 
He reportedly fled with a woman in a 1999 black Mitsubishi Diamante, Florida Tag W481EJ.
