Sunday, Miami is forecast to hit 95-degrees by mid-afternoon; if it does, it will tie a record of 95-degrees set in 1989. With a forecast temperature of 94-degres, Ft. Lauderdale is also expected to tie a record high set back in 1985.

Last weekend Fort Lauderdale set records on both Saturday and Sunday, reaching 95 and 96 degrees. Those temperatures shattered records from 1967 and 2006 respectively.
