Monster.com Rolls Into Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) ― Just in time for the holiday and end-of-the-year bills and expenses, job-seeker website Monster.com is coming to Fort Lauderdale in hopes of hooking you up with a job.

Potential employers will roll into town Thursday and set up shop from 10 a.m. to 3p.m. at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, 1881 SE 17th St.

As of Tuesday afternoon, twenty companies have registered for the job fair, including retailers Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples and the Vitamin Shoppe, Orkin pest control and the city of Delray Beach.

The fair is free to both employers and job-seekers. Monster's ``Keep America Working'' tour is hitting 100 U.S. cities.
