Police: Teen Kidnapped And Forced To Buy PS3

NAPLES, Fla. (CBS4) ― A teenager from Naples has been arrested after he allegedly held another teen at gunpoint and forced the victim to buy a Playstation 3 at Wal-Mart. According to police, the victim said 18-year-old David Daniels and another man stopped his vehicle and pulled guns on him after he followed them into a gated community.

Daniels and the other man reportedly took the victim to his home where they allegedly took jewelry and his stepfather's credit card.

Police say Daniels and the victim then went to Wal-Mart, supposedly to buy Daniels a shotgun, but the gun counter was closed. Collier County deputies say Daniels then forced the victim to buy a Playstation 3 before releasing the victim.

Daniels has been charged with felony armed robbery and kidnapping.
