Evidence in Taylor Slaying Goes Public

MIAMI (CBS4) ― On Friday, prosecutors began releasing evidence in the investigation into the murder of Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor.

The documents include signed statements by all four suspects waiving their rights to remain silent. Also included are police reports already made public about the Nov. 26  burglary and shooting at Taylor's home in Miami that resulted in the 24-year-old Pro Bowl safety's death the next day.

Four men are charged with first-degree felony murder and armed burglary in the case are Jason Mitchell, 19; Charles Wardlow, 18; Venjah Hunte, 20; and the accused gunman, Eric Rivera, 17.

They all remain behind bars while awaiting a trial tentatively scheduled for April.
