MIAMI (CBS4) ― We are now two and a half months into the Subway Get Fit Challenge and the three contestants have lost a total of 116 pounds.

That's how much Bally Total Fitness Spokesperson Seven Boggs weighs. She's been overseeing the Subway Get Fit Weight Loss contestants. So technically, the contestants have lost the combined weight of an entire person.

This week, Joseph lost another 3 pounds. His new weight is 438.5 for a total weight loss of 39.5 pounds.

TJ lost another 7.5 pounds this week. His new weight is 333.5 pounds for a total weight loss of 61 pounds.

Karen lost another 2 pounds this week. Her new weight is 254.5 for a total weight loss of 15.5 pounds.

If you add up the total weight loss for all three that equals116 pounds, about what trainer Seven Boggs weighs.

This weight loss challenge has already changed the lives of the contestants.

"I'm able to play basketball now, I couldn't before because I would get winded," said TJ Brooks who has lost the most weight. He used to wear two shirts because with the extra weight he would perspire a lot but now he says, "Now, I'm down to wearing one shirt. I don't have to wear the extra shirt anymore."

He's more confident than ever and just got a job doing security at a bar.

Joseph Grooms who was also unemployed at the beginning of the competition also got a job as a mentor at a summer camp.

"I went from a size 60 pants to size 54, so you can't go wrong with that," explained Grooms.

Grooms says his knees and ankles don't hurt anymore either. He said, "Physically I'm sleeping better and walking better. There's less pain."

Karen Jones just visited some old friends and got quite a surprise. "They didn't even recognize me," she said.

At this rate, our contestants say they may have lost a full 'Seven Boggs' but with two weeks left in the competition they will certainly surpass her weight.

We'll have updates on the Get Fit Challenge every Wednesday and the finalists are also blogging online at CBS4.COM/GETFIT.
