Elderly Tamarac Woman Tied Up, Sexually Assaulted

TAMARAC (CBS4) ― An elderly Tamarac woman was tied up and sexually assaulted in her own home early Thursday morning.

Broward Sheriff's spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion said just after 2 a.m. a man entered the woman's home, tied her up and and sexually battered her.  The woman was taken to the Sexual Assault Treatment Center at the Florida Medical Center.

The woman, who is in her 90s, is working with investigators to come up with a description of the man who assaulted her.
