Sexual Predator Arrested In Davie

DAVIE (CBS4) ― A registered sexual predator was arrested in Davie for allegedly sexually molesting a 3-year old girl.

Troy Allen Meixner, 43, of Lighthouse Point was arrested Friday night after he allegedly molested the child while visiting friends in the 47-hundred block of southwest 82nd Avenue.

Meixner was listed as sexual predator after he pleaded no contest in 1995 in Broward County to lewd and lascivious behavior with a child under 16 and sexual battery on a child under 16, according to CBS4's news partners at the Miami Herald.

He served approximately 5 years of his 10 year sentence and was released on probation. He reportedly violated his probation in 2002 and 2005, according to county court records.
