Here Are The Phase II Water Restriction Rules
The Phase 2 restrictions apply to Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and the eastern part of Palm Beach counties. Under them watering of lawns, and just about any outdoor use of water, would be limited to two days per week, instead of three, in an effort to reduce our fresh water consumption by 30 percent.
Golf courses, nurseries and other industrial users face a 30 percent reduction, double the current restriction.
Homes with addresses that end in odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) are allowed to water their lawns on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Washing must be done on, or drain to, a non-paved surface that allows water to soak into the ground. It must also be done with a hose that has an automatic shut-off nozzle.
Washing and detailing of cars is allowed anytime if done by a licensed individual or company using an automatic shut-off nozzle and low water-use techniques.
Boat owners are only allowed to rinse and flush their boats for 15 minutes after saltwater use.
Washing or rinsing of sidewalks, driveways, streets or other paved surfaces is not allowed at any time unless it is done with low-volume pressure cleaning equipment.
