Ruhama Canellis Statement
"With much pain in my heart, I've been told of pictures of me talking to a person I met years ago, when I was a photographer. I had no knowledge that with the passing of time he became a paparazzi. I categorically deny that I have ever been a paparazzi, nor have I ever collaborated with them.
Last weekend this person followed me while with other photographers and said 'we don't want to harm you-this is only our work.'
He later commented to me that they had been following me for months and that he felt really bad, because he supposedly cares a lot for the two of us. He approached me, as many have these days, and excused himself, saying, 'This is only my job.' Some in the media have come to suggest that I had some sort of participation in all of this. This is completely false.
I say to all that I would never been capable of hurting the person I love. I ask the media that they not spread lies and that they continue respecting my privacy and the privacy of my son.
Once again, I thank the community for all their prayers."
