Explosion Rocks Kosovo's Capital
Political Offices Were Apparent Target
PRISTINA, Serbia-Montenegro (AP) ―
An explosion apparently targeting a Kosovo political party rocked the center of the province's capital late today. Police say at least three children were slightly injured.
Some windows in the offices of the O-R-A party, located in a downtown apartment building, were shattered by the blast. The party's leader says it's not clear if the explosion occurred inside or outside the building.
Police officers at the scene said three children were slightly injured by flying glass.
