Neighbors 4 Neighbors introduced them to a life coach to help them chart a course to success. Life coach Martha Boston created Captain's Courageous, a local company that uses sailing as a way to coach people through bad times.
"How they steer the boat is going to be some analogy how they steer their lives or their goals or their team members," said Boston. "We coach people out there all the time and people walk away from these experiences having enlightened themselves."

"The economic situation is like the storms that are around and it's a challenge every day and every moment of the day," said Gurrero.
Boston adds that just like sailing, if you keep your eye on the prize you will make it through any storm.
