Man On Bike Is Shot In Miami

5928 NW 5 Avenue, Liberty City

The Victim Was Approximately 21-Years-Old

MIAMI (CBS4) ― A man was approached by a group of men in Miami and shot Tuesday night.

Miami Police are investigating the shooting that occurred at 5928 NW 5 Avenue. The young man was riding a bicycle, leaving a duplex he was visiting, when he was approached by the men. Police say he then got off the bike and tried to run back toward the duplex when they shot him

Fire rescue transported him to Jackson Memorial Hospital. They have not reported his condition.

The shooters got away in a car, but police do not have a description.
