Pink In Paradise Event For Breast Cancer Awareness

HOLLYWOOD (CBS4) ―
Breast cancer survivors and those who support the cause will celebrate life at the "Pink In Paradise" event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Wednesday October 24th.
"Pink In Paradise" is a spirited food, drink and fashion party with 100-percent of the proceeds benefiting the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and Women's Way of United Way of Broward.
The event begins with a "Circle of Life" rally at center court featuring breast cancer survivor and <strong>CBS4 reporter Laurie Stein</strong>.
Also speaking at the event, Lili Tzikas, 2006 and 2007 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure NYC winner who will offer words of hope, as both women pay tribute to National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale will also present a "pretty in pink" fashion show with creative and fashionable takes on the color pink.
Don't forget the martini, margarita and premier wine bar featuring popular "pink" drink creations and complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be prepared by select restaurants at Seminole Paradise accompanied by live jazz music.
