Pines Family Calls On Trapper To Rid Area Of Gator

PEMBROKE PINES (CBS4) ― An unknown number of gators have been spotted in a Pembroke Pines family's backyard and in a canal behind it, causing fear over whether they will soon get close enough to attack someone in the neighborhood. 

Kevin Garvey, a gator trapper, set traps on Wednesday in order to capture the reptiles causing a stir to residents. 

"They sit on the concrete block there, and it's just a matter of time. We just don't know whether they can come and grab the kids, the dogs," said resident Corvette Yacoob.

Her children said they've seen them also, and one time when their father was cooking on the barbecue.
