Punk Rock Pet: Hot Trend In Designer Duds For Dogs

At "Teacups Puppies & Boutique" in Pembroke Pines, CBS4's Lisa Petrillo discovered a dog named "Dexter" who looked like Billy Idol, complete with punk attire and a colored Mohawk.

The latest trend in designer duds for dogs has pups of all shapes and sizes sportin' the look of punk rock pooches.
Whether you have a teacup, poodle or a Great Dane, it's the the latest trend in fashions for Fido.
While at "Teacups Puppies & Boutique" in Pembroke Pines,
CBS4's Lisa Petrillo discovered a dog named "Dexter" who looked like Billy Idol, complete with punk attire and a colored Mohawk.
"We have a lot of creative customers and creative groomers that enjoy doing this kind of work," explained owner Eleonora Bonfini. "It's a fun new trend coming on strong and everyone is having a good time with it."
That's includes "Dexter" who looked bad to the bone in his jazzy jacket.
Another big punk rock puppy trend is nail "pawlish" which comes in a variety of colors and the wigs are hot too.
The dog boutique offers professional pet grooming where pups are cut and styled to receive any look you can think of. Some stay preppy while others rock on.
But if punk rock really isn't your thing, remember Halloween is just around the corner and the boutique offers a variety of canine costumes.
