Miami Celebrates Change In Cuba

When word came that after 47 years of uninterrupted power, Fidel Castro had ceded power to someone, the streets of Miami erupted. The change may be temporary, and power may have passed to Fidel's brother, but across South Florida, Cuban-Americans could feel a new wind blowing, the winds of change. Here's how they celebrated.
