    Neighbors 4 Neighbors and CBS4 sponsored this year's Food 4 South Florida drive to collect food for area food banks. Nearly 6 tons of food was collected during the week long drive.

CBS4 viewers were invited to drop of food at Bank United locations in Miami-Dade and Broward County from 9-1 Saturday, and all morning long a steady stream of people arrived and dropped off what was estimated to be thousands of pounds of food. The drive was called "Food 4 South Florida", and it was intended to allow those in the community who are surviving the economy to help those who are having trouble.

Celebrities And Newsies At RNC

RNC Protesters' Rally And March

About 10,000 people rallied against war on Monday near the site of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul.  While the rally and march were mostly peaceful, a few people did break windows and police did deploy tear gas.
