In these pictures obtained by the Nassau Tribute, Anna Nicole Smith and the married Minister of Immigration for the Bahamas, Shane Gibson, were captured hugging in Anna Nicole's hospital bed and celebrating the birth of her baby. The pictures have touched off a furor in the Bahamas.
