At least two bodies could be seen floating in the water off Virginia Key Friday morning after a boat flying the flag of the Dominican Republic entered U.S. waters filled with dozens of migrants. Some jumped in the water in an attempt to swim to shore, and some have been taken into custody by the Coast Guard, which also searched the bay for survivors.
